  • Garrett Williams practices law where the pressure is highest—the courtroom, the bargaining table, and in front of school leaders. His work centers on labor and employment, litigation, and general counsel matters. Garrett’s practice is defined by clarity, preparation, and a steady focus on helping public institutions make sound, defensible decisions.

He represents clients in administrative hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings; serves as lead negotiator in collective bargaining; advises on student discipline and policy compliance; and conducts neutral workplace investigations. A frequent presenter at conferences and trainings, Garrett helps school leaders anticipate legal challenges and strengthen internal practices before they become disputes.
