Kimberly A. Holland

With more than 30 years of experience in K–12 education and leadership, Kim brings a background as a teacher, principal, HR director, and leadership coach. She leads firm operations, marketing, and professional development strategy at Stevens Clay, and provides consulting and training to school districts on evaluation systems and instructional leadership. Kim has served as a consultant at Stevens Clay, P.S. since 2020.

  • Kim Holland began her career in Spokane Public Schools, where she spent 20 years in building-level and district leadership roles. She served as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal before transitioning to district leadership as Human Resource Director of Certificated Evaluation, Talent Quality Initiatives, and Recruitment and Retention. During this time, Kim helped implement teacher evaluation and worked as an adjunct instructor with the Whitworth Principal Certification Program. Since joining Stevens Clay in July 2020, Kim has served as Consultant & Director of Firm Operations, organizing and facilitating the firm’s professional development offerings. She helps school leaders strengthen evaluation systems and develop and implement Plans of Support and Plans of Improvement.
