Macy M. Disney

Macy advises and represents Washington school districts on labor, employment, and public records matters, and regularly defends clients in administrative and state court proceedings. She is committed to helping districts find creative, practical solutions to complex problems. Macy has been an attorney at Stevens Clay, P.S. since 2023.

  • Macy Disney represents and advises public school districts across Washington on a broad range of legal issues, including labor and employment, special education, general liability, and Public Records Act compliance. Her litigation experience includes defending actions in state court and administrative hearings. Macy is known for her thoughtful approach and her ability to help clients navigate challenging circumstances with creativity and care.  Outside of work, Macy advances her advocacy efforts through her service on the board of The Arc.
