Stephanie advises school districts on special education, Section 504, student discipline, and risk management matters, with a focus on IDEA compliance, investigations, and Public Records Act issues. She is a Trustee of the Spokane County Bar Association and serves on the Board of the Washington Women Lawyers (Spokane Chapter). Stephanie has been an attorney at Stevens Clay, P.S. since 2020.

Stephanie Faust represents Washington school districts in matters involving special education, Section 504, student health plans, student safety and discipline, and the Public Records Act. Stephanie also advises districts on investigations, privacy, personnel and student issues, and regularly defends them in due process hearings, OCR investigations, and other administrative proceedings. Stephanie is active in the Spokane legal community, serving as a Trustee for the Spokane County Bar Association and as a Board Member for the Spokane Chapter of the Washington Women Lawyers.
